1979
The great journey of Agarwal Associates Group started in 1979. Though our beginning was humble but our vision has been grand. We had kept our eyes on the future which has guided us to attain a respectable place in the real estate industry. Striving for success, we put our passion and talent into our projects and created landmarks.
1986
In the path of our growth, we came across a day in 1986, when we formed our flagship company Agarwal Associates (Promoters) Ltd. The main objective and dream of the company was to promote quality and yet affordable commercial and residential projects to give value for money to our customers. Thus, company started locating suitable plots for construction of commercial and residential buildings. It was by the grace of god and our day in and day out endeavors, the company started creating milestones.
1986 - 2002
The group grabbed opportunities to develop various commercial projects in Delhi-NCR (1986 to 2002). During this time the Group has developed commercial projects at various commercial hubs of Delhi on land allotted by Delhi Development Authority. By the development of these commercial projects, the business class of Delhi came closer to the group and believed in the efficiency, workmanship and honesty of the group as the group has provided Value for Money to the business class as their investments became manifold.
2003
Having continuously satisfied the need of the business class by developing commercial projects, the day came in the history of the Group when the Group thought to venture into Residential development in Delhi-NCR. In 2003, the group was allotted a Group Housing Plot in the area of Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad by the Ghaziabad Development Authority. This was the first Group Housing Project development venture of the Group named as Aditya East Park Apartments, which got immense response from the investors. The Project was sold like hot cakes, the company was overwhelmed by the response of the investors/customers.
2004
The success of the first project i.e. Aditya East Park Apartments gave the boost and confidence to the company to further develop Group Housing Projects. The Group, on the continuous path of growth had developed Group Housing Project called Aditya Mega City in 2004 located at Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad spread over on 64,489 Sq. Mtrs. of land. This project is comprising of around 1,250 Flats of 1, 2, 3, 4 bedroom apartments and penthouses and also developed Commercial Complex admeasuring around 3 Lakh Sq. Ft., namely Aditya City Centre and Aditya Gold Crest wherein Shops, Offices, Showrooms, Food Courts, Discotheque, Lounges, Hyper Market (Big Bazaar), Entertainment Zone with Multiplex were developed.
2005
The Government of Uttar Pradesh during the year 2005 announced a Policy to encourage private investments in development of Integrated Townships in the State of Uttra Pradesh. To utilize this unique opportunity, the Promoters formed a consortium of companies and got it registered with the Ghaziabad Development Authority as a Private Developer. The license was granted by the GDA to the lead company as Class-A developer. Few ambitious residential and commercial projects like Luxuria Estate, City Apartments, White Cottage, Willow-162, Gracious Floors, Luxuria Commercial Complex have been successfully developed, completed and delivered at Aditya World City as of now and some more projects are in the hands to be developed.
Projects outside Delhi NCR (2006 - 2014)
The Company had launched and sucuessfully developed, completed & delivered the Group Housing Projects outside Delhi NCR also like Aditya Doonshire Dehradun, Aditya Royal Heights, Lucknow, Aditya Royal Crescent, Lucknow, Aditya Imperial, Aligarh and are few to mention.
2010 - 2015
The Group had launched 2 prestigious Group Housing Projects i.e. Aditya Celebrity Homes and Aditya Urban Casa in the prime locations of Sector – 76, Noida and Sector - 78, Noida respectively, developed and completed the same & successfully delivered these projects in 2015.
At Present
Presently, the Group has the credit of successfully delivering various projects and the group has the goal of delivering further projects.
